How do I get started with a project?
Contact us through our website or call us directly. We'll schedule an initial consultation to understand your needs, discuss your goals, and determine if we're a good fit for your project. From there, we'll provide a proposal outlining scope, timeline, and investment.
How do I create a support ticket?
Existing clients can create support tickets through our client portal at rocketweb.atlassian.net. You'll need your login credentials provided at project kickoff. For urgent issues, you can also contact your project manager directly.
How do I access my staging environment?
Your staging environment URL and credentials are provided during the development phase. If you need access or have forgotten your credentials, please submit a support ticket or contact your project manager.
How do I request changes during development?
All change requests should be submitted through your project manager. We'll assess the impact on timeline and budget, and provide options for incorporating the changes. Minor adjustments are often accommodated within scope, while larger changes may require a change order.
How do I report a bug or issue?
Submit a detailed support ticket including: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, any error messages, and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots or screen recordings are extremely helpful for our team to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
